A Hamilton County grand jury did not issue an indictment against a truck driver in connection with the recent death of a bicyclist, officials said.

David Meek, 51, died March 6 as a result of a bicycle accident on Ashland Terrace. Chattanooga police said Mr. Meek was thrown from his bike and killed when a large truck traveling on his left snagged an attached saddle bag.
