An alleged victim says she was a student of the former kindergarten teacher charged with molestation when the incidents first occurred.

The prosecution questioned the alleged first victim in the Tonya Craft trial this morning.

Ms. Craft, a former Chickamauga Elementary School teacher, faces 22 counts of child molestation, aggravated sexual battery and aggravated child molestation.

When Catoosa County Assistant District Attorney Chris Arnt asked the alleged victim what happened, she said the molestation first happened at Ms. Craft's house.

"I went to her house sometimes," the 9-year-old said.

Ms. Craft's defense attorney Demosthenes Lorandos cross-examined the alleged victim.

Superior Court Judge Brian House dismissed the court for lunch, until 1 p.m.
