911 call: "I need police"

Victim called 911 four hours before deadly Whitfield shootings

Mindy Bullard called 911 at 4:35 p.m. Thursday, saying, "I need the police at my house right now" because her ex-boyfriend David Hartline was disturbing her 8-year-old daughter's birthday party at 1751 Rainbow Circle in the Dawnville community. The man Bullard was worried about later returned to the home and killed two people and died in the gunfight. Her call went to Murray County and Murray County's call to Whitfield County.
