A Dade County woman was one of two people found dead Friday evening, according to the Dade County Sheriff's Office.
Cynthia Harris, 46, and Clifford Hubbard, 51, of Florida, were found about 9 p.m. when officers responded to a shooting at 839 Saddle Club Road in Sand Mountain, Ga., said Maj. Jackie Womack in a news release.
The investigation is ongoing, but at this point police say it appears that Mr. Hubbard shot Ms. Harris and two dogs before turning the gun on himself. The bodies have been transported to the GBI Crime Lab for an autopsy, the release states.
