The City Council voted 8-0 tonight to defer for five weeks a land zone plan for an apartment complex off Hunter Road.
The complex has been controversial for months because some residents feel the amount of traffic on the road would be dangerous. Council members said today they wanted city and Hamilton County engineers to study the plans more closely and report back to them.
