ATLANTA - Police in Atlanta say a toddler has died from injuries sustained when the car they were in was struck by a tractor trailer.
Atlanta police spokeswoman Officer Kim Jones says the 2-year-old died Tuesday night.
Police say the child was in a car with another child in parking lot when the truck swerved into it to avoid an oncoming car that had crossed the yellow line.
Jones said the accident was being investigated.
