Kearia Baker, 18, surrendered to police today in connection with the Wednesday stabbing on Wheeler Avenue, said Officer Rebecca Royval with the Chattanooga Police Department.
Baker is charged with attempted first-degree murder and domestic aggravated assault after allegedly stabbing her ex-boyfriend, DeAngelo Lovingood, during an argument, Royval said.
Baker is being held in the Hamilton County Jail.
DeAngelo Lovingood is still in critical condition, Royval said.
