The Hamilton County Clerk's Tag and Title Office on Bonny Oaks Drivereopened Wednesday afternoon after an outage because of a damaged computer system.
Officials believe the system may have been damaged by nearby construction work.
County Clerk Bill Knowles said in an e-mail just before 7 p.m. today that the computer services were restored.
