Hamilton County jailer arrested

A Hamilton County jailer and her two daughters were arrested late Thursday evening, according to a police report.

According to police, jailer Arnetta Jones-Eady, Lanetta Hudson and LeAnn Jones were all arrested for assaulting Christy Fitch after Fitch called police about her child being picked up from daycare by Marcus Jones, the child's father.

After finding out that Fitch had reported the incident to police, Jones-Eady, Hudson and LeAnn Jones went to Fitch's Poplar Street apartment where Fitch was held down by Jones-Eady while Hudson and Jones beat her, according to police.

Jones- Eady wasn't on the scene when police arrived but instead returned to work following the assault, according to police.

Police said, Jones-Eady and her two daughters were subsequently arrested for aggravated assault and two counts of simple assault respectively.

According to police, the custodial interference case is still being investigated and no charges against Marcus Jones have been filed. The child in question was eventually returned to his mother.
