Hamilton County Sheriff's Office investigators comb the site where two people were struck and killed by a train near Sale Creek, Tenn.A man and a woman were struck and killed by a train about 6:10 a.m. today at 15800 Coulterville Road in Sale Creek, Hamilton County Sheriff's authorities said.
Investigators have not identified the victims.
Hamilton County Sheriff's Office Spokeswoman Janice Atkinson said the train was a Southern Railway train. Company officials called authorities about the accident.
The tracks at the scene of the accident cross private farm land. There are no homes near where the bodies were found.
