Crime scene tape surrounds Rafael's Italian Restaurant in Collegedale, Tenn., after an overnight fire destroyed the strip mall eatery.Fire officials are investigating an early morning business fire in Collegedale.
It happened just after 3 a.m. Wednesday at Rafael's Italian Restaurant on Apison Pike.
When firefighters got to the scene they found heavy smoke coming out of the front of the restaurant.
