OFFICIAL RULES: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER: Obtain a game piece posted on the front page of the Chattanooga Times Free Press Friday, December 16. Present game piece to participating retailer by end of business day on December 17 to match prize number with winning prize number. For complimentary game piece, come to Chattanooga Times Free Press, 400 E 11th Street, Chattanooga, TN 37403 from 8:30am - 5:00pm on Friday, December 16. No photocopies or mechanical reproductions. Limit one game piece per person. The contest begins Saturday, December 17, 2011 at 9:00am and ends December 17, 2011 at 3:00pm. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete or otherwise undeliverable entries. For a copy of the Official Rules, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to "Boat Giveaway," c/o Chattanooga Times Free Press, P.O. Box 1447, Chattanooga, TN 37401-1447 by December 12, 2011. All entries become the property of Sponsor. PRIZE: 2012 South Bay 522 pontoon boat OR $30,000 towards purchase of any in stock boat carried by Cleveland Boat Center. Odds of winning one in 86,000. Prize is not transferable. No prize substitution except by Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. ELIGIBILITY: Open to legal U.S. residents of Tennessee, Georgia and Alabama 18 years of age or older on the day of entry. Employees of Chattanooga Publishing, OddsOn Promotions, and the Cleveland Boat Center and their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies and promotional suppliers, as well as the immediate families of such employees, are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. CONDITIONS: Winner must be able to supply original winning game piece to retailer/sponsor. Sponsor/retailer will award prize to owner of winning game piece. Sponsor is not responsible for printing, production, typographical or other errors or omissions. Prize winner may be required to complete and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release before receiving Prize. If affidavit and release are not returned within seven (7) days from December 17 2011, or if the Prize winner is ineligible, the Prize will be forfeited. All taxes or other expenses in excess of $30,000 are the sole responsibility of the prize winner. By entering, participants agree to be bound by the official rules (and the Sponsor's interpretation thereof) and consent to the use of their name, photograph, and/or likeness for advertising/publicity without further consideration, except where prohibited by law. Sponsor may prohibit entrants from participating in the Contest and disqualify entries if they attempt to enter the contest through means not described in the rules, attempt to disrupt the contest or circumvent the rules, act in an unsportsmanlike manner or with intent to annoy or harass any other entrant or Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or suspend the contest should unauthorized human intervention or other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor corrupt the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper operation of the contest.
