Chattanooga police are investigating a shooting on E. 25th.
A police dispatcher tells Channel 3 the call came in from the 2200 block of E. 25th Street Courts.
Channel 3 had a crew in the area at the time shots rang out and report, at least one man was shot in his upper thigh /abdomen area and has been taken to a local hospital.
