Two men looking for cans found a body this morning on Lightfoot Mill Road, according to Chattanooga police.
Police spokeswoman Rebecca Royval said the body is that of a white male.
Royval said the body was partially clothed and lying just off the roadway in the brush. She said it appeared to have been there for at least a couple of days.
No identification has been made and the cause of death will not be known until the medical examiner conducts an investigation, she said.
