Two women who worked at a Pigeon Forge nursing home were sentenced Wednesday to two years in prison for taking nude and degrading photos and videos of those patients among others. The punishment, handed down by Sevier County Circuit Court Judge Richard Vance, resulted from Mary Ann Burgess, 52, and April Longmire, 37, each pleading guilty last year to four counts of health care abuse.
