Chattanooga police stop Kentucky man with drugs

A Kentucky man was charged with possession of a resellable amount of oxycodone this morning during a speeding traffic stop on Highway 153, according to Chattanooga Police Sgt. Jerri Weary.

Philip Cane and the passengers in his car, who have not been charged, was unable to tell police where he was headed after being pulled over, Weary said.

Drug-sniffing dogs were taken around the vehicle and a large amount of oxycodone was found, along with $3,900 in cash.
