Reward offered for information on Cleveland, Tenn. theft

A Cleveland, Tenn., roofing company is offering a $1,000 reward for anyone with information on a theft at the business several weeks ago.

On April 22, someone entered the gated yard of Parris Roofing on Georgetown Road NW. The thief loaded several pieces of expensive equipment into a Parris Roofing truck and the drove off in the truck, Cleveland Police Department spokeswoman Officer Evie West said in a news release.

The truck is described as a white 1993 Ford F350 with a Tennessee commercial license plate, H202693.

The stolen items include four generators, six air compressors, five nailguns, a grass trimmer and two ladders, West said. All the items should have Parris Roofing engraved on them.
