Montez Davis gets 21-year sentence in Chattanooga Kanku's shooting death

Montez Davis, convicted of second-degree murder for firing into a crowd at the Kanku's on Wilcox Boulevard and killing Jonathan Lawrence, was sentenced today to 21 years for the crime.
He faced a maximum of 25 years.
Davis was sentenced in Hamilton County Criminal Court Judge Barry Steelman's courtroom.
