NASHVILLE - Legislation overturning Metro Nashville's anti-gay bias ordinance is on its way to Gov. Bill Haslam for his consideration after House members gave final approval to the measure today.

House members concurred on a minor Senate amendment on a 70-26 vote.

The Equal Access to Intrastate Commerce Act bans cities and counties from requiring government contractors to drop anti-gay policies.
