Bradley Central's Stovall commits to UTC

Bradley Central all-state wide receiver James Stovall has committed to the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.

The 6-foot-2, 190-pound Stovall, a member of the Times Free Press' preseason Dynamite Dozen, had 46 receptions and nearly 700 yards receiving for the Bears this season.

Stovall was Class 6A all-state last season after finishing with 76 receptions for 1,085 receiving yards and nine touchdowns. He set a state-playoff record in 2010 with 19 catches for 181 yards in the second round against Oak Ridge.

Bradley Central fell 34-28 at Cookeville on Friday in the first round of the playoffs.
