Scott Gardiner, the 2010 winner of the Chattanooga Classic, hits a shot out of the bunker on the 18th hole of the Black Creek Golf Club during a playoff to decide the championship of the Nationwide Tour event.

When the Nationwide Tour tees up Oct. 3-9 at Black Creek Mountain it will be under a new name, the Children's Hospital Classic, but the annual event will still feature the same high-quality golf fans have come to expect.

As part of the name change from the Chattanooga Classic, proceeds from the PGA event will now benefit Children's Hospital at Erlanger to help fund projects like an extreme makeover of inpatient rooms.

"There is such a strong relationship between the Nationwide Tour and Children's Hospital," says tournament director Mickey McCamish. "Just as the Nationwide Tour produces future stars and leaders for the PGA tour, Children's Hospital at Erlanger provides treatment for future stars and leaders of our community."
