Matthew Palmgren, the husband of missing Signal Mountain woman Gail Palmgren, told police that Arlene Durham harassed him, according to a Signal Mountain police report.
Palmgren told police that Durham approached his son around 6:40 a.m. Monday, and she told him not to tell his father that she was talking to him and gave him a hug, the report said.
Around 7:55 a.m. Monday, Palmgren said he saw Durham standing in the street taking photos of his house and car and then running into the woods next to his house, the report said.
When Palmgren went to take is daughter to school, he said Durham followed him from his house, at 40 Ridgerock, to the school and then back to his house, the report said.
Durham did not make contact with any other Palmgren family member, the report stated, and there is no court order preventing Durham from contacting any member of the Palmgren family.
Palmgren said he didn't want to pursue charges at this time, the report stated.
He gave a police officer a CD with video of Durham following him. The officer reviewed the video and saw what appears to be a gold van following him, according to the report, but the officer returned the CD to Palmgren because no charges are being filed.
