Police: Tennessee mom placed dirty underwear in hospital, called in bomb threat

BRISTOL - A Bristol mother and her two children are accused of placing a package containing dirty underwear in a hospital waiting room and then calling in a bomb threat.

Police arrested 54-year-old Candace Tester on Thursday after they recognized her in surveillance video. Tester and her children, 18-year-old John Tester and 21-year-old Virginia Sullins, were each charged with false reporting, according to the Associated Press.

The Bristol Regional Medical Center's operations were disrupted for about three hours Wednesday night while they began evacuating and called in the local bomb squad.
