Miller Industries chairman aims to buy Scottish soccer team

Bill Miller, chairman of Miller Industries, is in talks to buy a bankrupt Scottish soccer team, according to the BBC.

Miller Industries is a leading manufacturer of tow trucks based in Chattanooga, though Miller himself is reportedly "not a big soccer fan," The Herald reported.

Including Miller's, the 140-year-old Rangers have received four bids, according to the The Herald.

The Rangers are reportedly $212.7 million in debt.
