Champion Road in Walker County is quite and peaceful. Those who live there, including many retirees, do their part for curb appeal. However, there is one exception.
Residents say trash has been building up around one home on Champion Road for decades.
Teresa Peters has lived next door for 15 years and says she's had few close calls. At one point, the fence separating their properties caught on fire while her neighbors burned trash. It nearly burned her oak tree.
