Two Alabama men have been arrested and charged with making meth, authorities say.

Jessie Alan Thomas, 23, of Henagar, and Jonathan Michael Thomas, 25, Stevenson were both charged with first-degree manufacturing methamphetamine, second-degree possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia, according to a news release from the Jackson County Sheriff's Office.

Both were placed in the Jackson County Jail on $11,000 bond, the release said.

During a search Tuesday of a home on East Main Street in Stevenson, authorities found two one-pot methamphetamine laboratories, a quantity of marijuana, drug paraphernalia and about $8,400 cash.
