DECATUR, Ala. - Authorities say at least one person was taken to the hospital after a boat exploded in Decatur.
WAFF-TV reports (http://bit.ly/QUaJYM ) that eight people were on board the boat when it exploded at the Decatur Boat Harbor around 11 a.m. Sunday. Some of the passengers were tossed into the water.
Decatur Fire, Decatur Police and Alabama Marine Police responded to the scene. At least one person was taken to the hospital with burns.
Investigators are working to determine the cause of the explosion.
