Cleveland man arrested after SWAT standoff

A Cleveland, Tenn., man is in custody after police say he fired several gunshots today during a domestic dispute.

About 2:15 a.m., a woman told Cleveland police that her boyfriend, Brian Wilke, 28, attacked her and fired his handgun twice in the house, police spokeswoman Evie West said.

The woman told police Wilke was threatening to shoot police if they came inside, West said.

After taking the woman out of the house, police sent a bomb robot into the home to make contact with Wilke, said West.

Once Wilke's location was determined, officers entered the residence and took him into custody, West said.
