LAWRENCEBURG, Tenn. - A Tennessee mother and her infant have been killed in a mobile home fire.
The Lawrence County Sheriff's Department says firefighters responded to the blaze early Saturday in the Saint Joseph community.
The victims were found in a bedroom and taken to Crockett Hospital, where both were pronounced dead, according to The Daily Herald in Columbia.
The fire appeared to be electrical, according to officials with the sheriff's department, but the investigation is continuing.
The victims' names weren't released pending notification of kin.
