Two relatives of a homicide victim were arrested today in Bradley County for disrupting the arraignment of a man who was arrested in connection with his death, police said.

Jimmy Rogers Jr. 22, and Aaron Sadler, 33, were charged with disrupting a meeting or procession. Their arraignments are both scheduled for Wednesday, and their bonds were set at $500, Bradley County Sheriff's Office spokesman Bob Gault said.

Rogers and Sadler are relatives of Harold Montgomery, who died at a Cleveland motel on New Year's Day, Gault said.

Russell Brown, 35, was charged in connection with Montgomery's death. At the end of his arraignment today, Rogers and Sadler shouted and started across a barrier at the front of the courtroom in Bradley County General Sessions Court, Gault said.
