The Gilmer County Health Department in Ellijay, Ga. will be closed on 12 Mondays through June for employee furlough days. The first of these days is this Monday.
The dates the health department will be closed on are Jan. 9, Jan. 23, Feb. 13, Feb. 27, March 12, March 26, April 9, April 16, May 14, May 21, June 11 and June 25, according to a news release. The Gilmer County Women, Infants and Children clinic will still be open on each of those dates.
