Two men charged with tossing a large fan motor over an interstate overpass and hitting a bus full of Lee University students were sentenced in McMinn County to four years in prison.

Jeremy Michael Mulkey, 20, was sentenced Friday for vandalizing the Cleveland Municipal Airport and for throwing the motor in November 2010, the Cleveland Daily Banner reported.

Casey Shane Thomas, 20, entered a plea agreement earlier and also was sentenced to four years. A third defendant, Barry William Burbank, 21, faces a hearing in July.

A bus driver suffered minor injuries when the motor crashed through the bus windshield.
