Santorum wins North Dakota caucuses: 3 for him, 3 for Romney

WASHINGTON (AP) - Rick Santorum has won North Dakota's Republican presidential caucuses, adding to his wins in Tennessee and Oklahoma.

Rival Mitt Romney has also won three state contests - Massachusetts, Virginia and Vermont. The two are battling in a close race for Ohio. A total of 10 states are voting on Super Tuesday.

Earlier, Newt Gingrich won the GOP contest in his home state of Georgia.
