Hamilton County Criminal Court Judge Don Poole sentenced a former Chattanooga tech company president to six months in jail on a total two-year sentence for guilty pleas on two counts of aggravated statutory rape.
Greg Austin, 46, had pleaded guilty to two counts of statutory rape, court officials say. The ex-president of CTC Technology performed sex acts on April 23, 2010, with two girls, both of whom were students at East Ridge Middle School at the time, police records show.
Austin faces separate charges in Georgia. Those still are pending.
