SODDY-DAISY, TN - A Soddy-Daisy police officer is in the hospital tonight after being injured while conducting a traffic stop on Dayton Pike.
Lt. Jeff Gann with the Soddy-Daisy Police Department says a suspect in the stopped vehicle fled on foot and at some point fired a shotgun.
