CHATTANOOGA - An elderly man escaped serious injury when his vehicle was hit by a train.
The driver became lost in the dark and turned onto the railroad tracks on Boy Scout Road, where his vehicle became stuck.
He heard the train coming and got out of his car in plenty of time, but the train did hit his car and pushed it several hundred yards before stopping.
