Missing Ringgold woman found

A Ringgold woman who went missing for nearly two weeks has been found, police said.

Carolyn Clayton told her 11-year-old daughter and 14-year-old son that she was going to visit their grandfather in Loudon, Tenn., on Sept. 6, but she never made it.

The Catoosa County sheriff's office said she has been found and is doing fine. They did not provide any more information because the family requested privacy.

Police began searching after Clayton turned off her cellphone and took $200 in cash from her kid's room.
