RINGGOLD, Ga. -- After years, Carmen Webb had forgiven her father, Jimmy Cardin, for what he did to her.

But when the Walker County Sheriff┬╣s office reopened a three-decade old murder case, Carmen was thrust into the middle of her father's choices again.

This time she couldn't forgive him for what she believes he did to Harrell "Sonny" Hulsey and how he left Hulsey's family without a resolution.
