WRCB weekend teamChannel 3 Eyewitness News will expand its top-rated weekday morning newscast to 7 days per week, effective April 13, the station announced today.
Eyewitness News TODAY: Weekend will air from 7:00-8:00 a.m. on Saturdays and Sundays followed by NBC's TODAY Show. The TODAY Show on NBC will air 8:00-10:00 a.m. on Saturdays and 8:00-9:00 a.m. on Sundays. Following its local morning newscast, WRCB will offer live news and weather updates during NBC's TODAY Show as well.
"Viewers have been asking us for morning news on the weekend and we are happy to be able to deliver that service," said WRCB News Director Derrall Stalvey.
