A woman faces aggravated assault charges after she reportedly pulled a gun at a Wal-Mart after another woman scolded her son for backing an electric wheelchair into the woman's 5-year-old daughter, according to a Chattanooga police report.

Darnita M. Bibbs, 50, of Chattanooga, had a bond set at $22,000 on other charges including unlawful posession of a weapon and three counts of reckless endangerment.

Sandra Courtney, 26, left the store at 2020 Gunbarrel Road at 9:18 p.m. Thursday with her daughter.

Bibbs reportedly followed her to the parking lot and waved a handgun at her and her children in their car.

Police said Bibbs did not have a valid gun license.

She is scheduled to appear before General Sessions Court Judge David Bales May 1.
