MAYNARDVILLE, Tenn. - The Tennessee Highway Patrol says a Union County man has been killed when his all-terrain vehicle overturned.
Police said the man was 61-year-old Eddie W. Marvin of Maynardville lost control of the vehicle at a curve on a county road and rolled off an embankment shortly before noon.
The Knoxville News Sentinel reported the ATV had side-by-side seating and was equipped with safety belts. Troopers said Marvin wasn't buckled in nor was he using a helmet.
