A highly critical video of a dilapidated Tennessee River barge has surfaced on YouTube days after a report suggested the Chattanooga barge could lose its permit and be removed.
The video, titled "Scenic City Eyesore," was posted by local radio personality Jeff Styles.
The barge floats across the river from Chattanooga's most popular tourist attraction, the Tennessee Aquarium.
