Two women arrested on April 24 in an alleged prostitution scheme at a local hypnosis clinic now have new court dates.

Kimberly Chacon, 22, and Suzanna Gregory, 25, now have preliminary hearings scheduled for May 28 after a brief appearance today in Hamilton County General Sessions Court.

Today's hearing was moved to allow the women time to discuss their cases with attorneys. The women remain free on bond.

The women were arrested after Chattanooga police raided the business at 6925 Shallowford Road Suite 308.

Business records list Nelson Hampton, 45, as the owner of the business. Hampton denies any knowledge of alleged prostitution activities at the site. He has not been charged with a crime.

Hampton is also the owner of the Vaudeville Cafe, a downtown family entertainment and dining location popular with tourists.
