Sex offenders tileMcMinn County Deputies arrested a registered sex offender Thursday around 2 p.m. who was being allowed to work on the roof of Calhoun City Hall.
Around 1 p.m. Sheriff Joe Guy and his officers learned that 49-year-old James Edward Leamon, a registered sex offender was working on the roof of Calhoun City Hall.
Sheriff Guy and his officers also learned Leamon had an outstanding indictment for violation of the sex offender registry.
