CLEVELAND, Tenn. - An overnight fire destroyed a Cleveland manufacturing facility.

Firefighters responded to the 2-alarm blaze at Polymer Components at 12:26 a.m. today and worked over two hours to get it under control, said Bobby Gaylor, a battalion chief with the Cleveland Fire Department.

The 28,000-square-foot structure, located on 20th Street SE, was a total loss, said Gaylor. An investigation is underway and an incident report is expected to be completed within a few days, he said.

Polymer Components produces custom made rubber, injection molding and polyurethane components.
