Four kayakers trapped in swift water in Chickamauga Creek today have been rescued by East Ridge firefighters and police, according to a news release from East Ridge Public Safety.
The kayakers were pinned against a tree by the current in a section of the creek that runs through Camp Jordan Park, the release stated.
