The Los Angeles Dodgers announced Sunday afternoon that Razor Shines will manage the Chattanooga Lookouts in 2014.

Shines is no stranger to the Southern League, having managed Birmingham during the 2004 and '05 seasons. The 57-year-old Shines managed Single-A Great Lakes to the Midwest League playoffs this past summer, which was his first season in the Dodgers organization.

Jody Reed, who managed the Lookouts earlier this year, is now a roving instructor with the New York Yankees.

Joining Shines on Chattanooga's 2014 staff will be pitching coach Scott Radinsky and hitting coach Shawn Wooten. Radinsky is moving up from rookie-advanced Ogden, while Wooten will be in his first year with the Dodgers after spending the past four seasons in the San Diego Padres organization.

The Dodgers also announced Sunday that Damon Berryhill will manage Triple-A Albuquerque and that P.J. Forbes will manage high Single-A Rancho Cucamonga. Berryhill will be joined in Albuquerque by two former members of Chattanooga's staff, pitching coach Glenn Dishman and hitting coach Franklin Stubbs.
