Tennessee woman jailed after dispute over Titans game

NASHVILLE, Tenn. - A Tennessee woman has been charged with pulling a gun on a man after an argument over the Tennessee Titans game.

WTVF-TV in Nashville reported that 50-year-old Elaine Bass has been charged with aggravated assault and unlawful possession of a weapon.

Police say officers were called to a home in Madison on Sunday afternoon by a man who says Bass threatened him with a gun during an argument over the Titans game against the Houston Texans.

Bass told police she was just kidding around, and never pointed the gun at him.

However, she told police she was a convicted felon so she wasn't allowed to be around guns.

Bass's bond was set at $55,000. Jail records did not list an attorney.
