Some roads closed in unincorporated Hamilton County

Water has caused a number of road closures across unincorporated Hamilton County, and officials advise motorists to use caution tonight and to not drive around barricades on closed roads.

According to a Hamilton County Sheriff's Office news release, the following roads are closed: 14600 Back Valley Road is closed due to water; 3907 Lee Pike is closed due to water; 10500 Dolly Pond Road is closed due to flooding; 9100 Harrison Bay is closed due to a boulder in the road.

The sheriff's department advises driving cautiously on the following roads: 2900 Igou Ferry Road due to water issues; 10900 Highway 58 at Runyan Drive due to water issues; 7800 Smith Road at Meadow View due to water issues; Dolly Pond Road at Ron due to a tree and power lines down; Greenwood Road at Highway 58 due to a tree with potential to fall across the road; 8400 Highway 58 due to a pothole in the road; Highway 58 at Hunter Road due to the traffic light being out; 112 James Town Road due to trees blocking lanes of traffic; Walnut Road at Daisy Dallas Road due to trees leaning on power lines.
