RHEA COUNTY - A swift water rescue team was called out late Sunday afternoon to rescue two teenagers on the Piney River.
Swollen by the recent heavy rains, the river's volume increased substantially.
The two teenagers were tubing on the river when their inner tubes struck trees and deflated.
